LED neon vs glass neon
- LED neon flex. Flexible silicone tubes with LEDs inside. Lightweight, energy-efficient, safe to touch and less fragile than glass. Most custom neon signs today are LED neon.
- Glass neon. Traditional hand-bent glass tubes filled with gas. Very bright with a classic look, but more fragile and uses higher voltage.
