The short answer
First impressions start at the reception
Office signage covers everything inside your building: the logo on the reception wall, directional signs on every floor, meeting-room plates and branded wall graphics. JR Group designs, produces and installs office signage in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.

Design tips
Make it work for your team
- Reception wall: keep the logo at or slightly above eye level; backlight it if the wall is dark.
- Meeting rooms: frosted glass at eye level for privacy; room name on the door or adjacent wall.
- Wayfinding: consistent height, consistent font, test with a new visitor before final installation.
- Wall graphics: matte finish avoids screen glare in video-call backgrounds.
- Glass partitions: see the full guide to glass stickers and frosted film.
- Neon accents: a custom LED neon sign adds a social-media-worthy focal point in break rooms.

FAQ
Questions
What is the best material for office reception signs?
Backlit acrylic letter boxes (lightboxes) or brushed stainless steel 3D letters are the most popular choices for reception walls in the UAE. Acrylic is lighter and comes in any colour; stainless looks premium and lasts longer.
How long does office signage installation take?
Most office sign installations are completed in one day. Larger projects — full wayfinding systems or multi-floor installs — take 2–3 days.
Do I need approval from the building management for office signs?
For internal office signs you generally do not need external permits, but your building management may require approval before drilling or using adhesive on common walls. We recommend confirming with your facilities manager.
Can you match the signs to our brand guidelines?
Yes. Send us your brand style guide (colours, fonts, logo files) and we will produce signs that match your corporate identity exactly.
Do you handle wayfinding sign systems?
Yes. We design and install complete wayfinding systems: floor directories, room number plates, exit signs and donor walls.
